Responsibilities

• Payroll and data entry for operations, sales, administration.
• Maintain and validate vacation / personal time in accounting software on consistent basis
• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
• Make contributions to benefit programs as needed such as 401k, Health, Dental and Aflac
• Coordinate bonus program calculations.
• Prepare and coordinate annual worker’s compensation audit.
• Prepare and submit 401K census report as well as the annual 401K audit.

Preferred Experience

• ADP and Spectrum Viewpoint
• Multistate Payroll
• MS Excel - Vlookups and Pivot Tables
• Prevailing Wage Experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000-70,000 based off of experience. Bonus potential.
